Customer service hours 9am-10pm Monday thru Sunday
SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing time 3-5 days business days not including holidays. You will be provided a tracking number once order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once they are shipped and scanned in by shipping carrier. Packages returned do to incorrect address can be reshipped once additional shipping fees have been paid for the new shipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you choose to cancel order before it has been shipped. There will be a full refund issued.
